Last film that I watched was called “Letters to Juliet”. The director of this film is Gary Winick. I tried this film because I heard that it’s a beautiful and romantic history. I watch the film in the computer because I found the film in a web site online.
Sophie is a young writer who works at “The New Yorker”. She travels to Verona with her boyfriend but he ignores her, investigating for the restaurant that he wants to open. She takes advantage of visiting the city and discovers a site where girls are writing letters of their love’s life and Juliet’s secretaries answer them. Sophie finds a letter written by Claire at 1957. Sophie answers the letter and Claire and her grandson appears in Verona.
Sophie thinks that the history can help her at work and decides to help Claire to found her love, Lorenzo Bartolini. Afterwards, they know a lot of wrongs Lorenzos and finally they find the true one. Sophie and Charlie, the grandson, have a special relationship but she has a boyfriend.
Sophie returns to New York and her boss decided to publish her history. She stops her relation with the boyfriend due to problems. She received an invitation for the Claire’s wedding and returns to Italy. In the wedding, she find Charlie and she met him. They talk about their feelings and finally they kiss.
I love this film because is beautiful in every aspects. The music it’s so good and the landscapes too. It’s a romantic history and I love this kind of films. I don’t find any aspect that I don’t like it. I recommend this film to sensitive people.
