The last book that I read was called Raquel. It’s written by a Catalan author called Isabel Clara Simó. I read this book because the Catalan teacher commanded us to read it and then do a little exam about the book.
Raquel is a girl who studies COU, and has decided that this year she is going to write a diary. When they started the course, a cancer was detected to her best friend Montse. Oriol interested Montse asking about Raquel. Raquel and Oriol finally end up together
The youngest brother of Raquel, who is a bad student but likes classical music, was presented in a competition. The end is that he cheats in the contest, and of course, he doesn’t collect the money.
One day Raquel sees her father with another woman in the street, and the days after that there were lots of discussions at home so finally they decided to separate.
Raquel decides to remain with her mother and her brother with his father.
I do not like reading, but I loved this book, however I've been stuck. I like it because is a book for my age and because the girl has almost my age, a little older than me, but I could put me on her skin.
